Customers can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be processed unless there is a product quality issue or special circumstances.

  1. Acceptable Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, the product must meet the following conditions: the product is not visibly used or damaged; it remains in its original condition and complete packaging; and all accessories, instructions, and attachments are included.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not supported in the following situations: damage or misuse due to personal reasons; wear and tear caused by abnormal environmental use; unauthorized direct return of goods; and exceeding the return application period.

  1. Quality Issues or Shipping Damage

If the product has any of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it:

Received the wrong product;

The product has a manufacturing defect;

Apparent damage during transportation.

Please provide the order number and clear photos so that we can quickly review and arrange a solution.

  1. Refund Process

After the returned goods are inspected and confirmed by the warehouse, the refund process will begin:

The refund will be returned to the original payment method;

Processing time is usually 5–10 business days;

The arrival time of the funds from the bank or payment institution may vary.

Original shipping costs are usually not included in the refund unless the return is due to a product defect or our responsibility.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect items sent, fcsymbol1.shop will cover or compensate for the return shipping costs.

Please do not use untrackable shipping methods to avoid transportation risks.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already entered the shipping process, it will be processed according to the normal return procedure.
